Your business probably doesn’t need a full-time in-house lawyer.

But it does need legal support that keeps up.

At Jan Juc Legal by Rebecca McAllum, we work with founders, directors and growing businesses as their external legal counsel and legal partner — supporting contracts, decision-making, risk and compliance as things evolve.

Rebecca McAllum brings over 15 years of legal experience, including corporate law, regulatory work and contract drafting at scale. What that means for you: advice that's commercially grounded, not just legally correct.

We work with e-commerce brands, wellness and fitness businesses, professional services, product-based suppliers and anyone building something worth protecting.

Boutique commercial legal services for Australian founders and growing businesses. Contracts, lease reviews, compliance and strategic advice — fixed fees, plain English, genuinely useful.
