Initial discussion.

Depending on the matter, we’ll either have an initial discussion or gather further details by email to understand what’s required and any key considerations.

Scope & quote.

Before we proceed, you will receive a clear scope of work and fixed fee (where possible), along with a Costs Agreement and Costs Disclosure.

step four

Work begins.

Once confirmed, we will prepare your documents or advice.

Turn-around times depend on our capacity and we will communicate this to you. You will need to pay your invoice before you receive your documents and/or advice.

step five

Finalisation.

Unless there is an ongoing dispute, you will receive your documents via email and we will likely set up a meeting to discuss these and make any necessary refinements.
